This page is supposed to be an inspiration for becoming your best self. To attract everything that’s meant for you. Sometimes life just gets in the way and everything you thought you knew was wrong. To grow from your present self, you have to accept that some things in your life have to be removed to make room for the greater things. Things are made up of new experiences, the relationships you form, the places you travel, and the people you meet. All of it. To become your best self, you have to let go of the things you can’t control. Once you prioritize your goals and make a mental note of what you want out of life, you’ll achieve it. Let go, find inspiration, and have your ‘Eat, Pray, Love’ moment. To become the best version of yourself, you have to put yourself first. Accept that everything happens for a reason and that everything comes in divine timing. What's meant for you will come and find you.

Your feelings: How you like to be treated, how people respect your person, do people treat you like you’re beneath them? If so, re-evaluate the people in your life to create room for the people who will come in when you least expect it to change your life for the better.

Your emotions: How do you feel, do people validate your emotions, are they understanding of how you may respond to confrontation? Are you happy with the people you’re around now? Do they bring out the best of you or do they bring you down? Ask yourself and reflect.

Your attitudes: What is your personality? Do people accept who you are or do they try to change you by invalidating what you believe in and what you feel? Ask yourself and reflect.

Your mental health: Do the people around you recognize the status of your mental health? Can they sympathize with any anxieties, depressions, or other mental health-related events that occur in your life if you have them? Ask yourself and reflect.

Your opinions: Do people listen to what you have to say or do they expect you to agree with their opinions all the time? Do they accept that you have your voice and mind? Ask yourself and reflect.

Your beliefs: Are you on the same page politically or religiously? If not, are they respectful of the differences? Ask yourself and reflect.

Your values: Your values are your core beliefs. Stay true to them and don’t sway them for anyone.

Think deeply about these questions and statements and write it down. Write a letter to your future self and stay true to what you tell yourself. Don’t waver what you deserve to stoop down to someone’s level that you think “likes you”, “you like them”, or “makes you feel some type of way”. Remember, you’re an average of the five people you’re around most, so be selective with your circle and who you let into your energy.

Below are some recommendations that have helped me find my inner self and ground myself to the present moment.
